看看湖南大学的王耀南如何编写论文吧

　　新语丝早已有很多关于湖南大学王耀南的消息，最近此人又编写了两篇文章
发表到了 IEEE 汇刊上。

　　两篇文章都声明做了实验验证。但是非常巧合，两篇文章的实验数据
（paper1 的Fig.8   和paper2 的 Fig.9）完全一样。 稍微有点常识的人就知
道，就算是同一样的实验室做两次未必可以得到完全一样的图，何况这是两种不
同的控制器，居然实验结果完全一样。

　　不得不佩服王耀南做假的能力。
